As a Graduate TA, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support teaching, learning and student progress. Responsibilities include:
* Providing one-to-one and small-group classroom support
* Supporting learning, engagement and academic progress
* Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
* Supporting targeted interventions
* Providing SEN/SEND support where required
* Working with SEN, Inclusion and pastoral teams
* Promoting positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:Graduate Teaching Assistant – Ealing | Immediate Start
* 2:2 degree or higher in any subject
* Experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, coaching or employment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Genuine interest in education and teacher training
* Reliable, enthusiastic and committed approach
* Commitment to a full academic year
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant, Tutor or Mentor is desirable but not essential.
