The Role
The successful SEN TA will:
* Deliver one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Assist teachers in creating engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
* Encourage pupils' confidence, communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
* Support the implementation of personalised learning and behaviour strategies.
* Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
About You
The ideal SEN TA will have:
* A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
