Academics is looking to recruit a skilled Design Technology Teacher to work in secondary schools across Bradford. We welcome applications from teachers specialising in Resistant Materials, Product Design, Engineering, Graphics or Construction.
The Role
You will:
* Teach Design Technology across KS3 and KS4.
* Deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons.
* Maintain workshop health and safety standards.
* Support students with practical coursework and GCSE projects.
* Assess and monitor student progress.
* Work collaboratively within the DT department.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching Design Technology in UK secondary schools.
* Strong practical workshop knowledge.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and student success.
