We're expanding our Cardiff office and are looking for a driven, confident Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you’re already working in Education recruitment, or come from a sales, customer service or hospitality background, we’d love to hear from you — we offer full cross-sector training.

What you’ll be doing:
* Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools
* Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
* Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines
* Arranging interviews and managing placements
* Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in sales, customer service or hospitality
* Great relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
* A proactive, driven, and resilient mindset
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client’s pay policy.
