The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom.
* Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group interventions.
* Assist with early phonics, reading, writing, maths, and creative learning activities.
* Encourage children's social, emotional, and personal development.
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Work closely with experienced teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

* Is patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
* Can comfortably commute to Luton.
* Has previous experience in education, childcare, or a nursery setting (desirable but not essential).
