The Role – Level 3 EYFS Nursery Assistant (Cheltenham)
* Support children aged 0–5 in a nurturing environment
* Assist with play-based learning activities and daily routines
* Promote social, emotional, and communication development
* Ensure a safe, engaging and inclusive setting
* Work closely with staff and parents to support each child’s progress

* A genuine passion for early years education and childcare
* Experience working with young children (desirable but not essential)
* A patient, caring and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A relevant childcare qualification (desirable but not essential)
