* Holds a degree in Psychology or a related subject (all degree backgrounds will be considered).

* Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic.
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is considering a future career in therapy, psychology, counselling, or SEND.
Experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, childcare, or SEND support is desirable but not essential.
