Role Overview:

* Maintain student engagement and effective classroom behaviour
* Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absence
* Adapt confidently to different school settings
* No planning or marking required
Requirements:
* UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS)
* Recent experience teaching in secondary schools
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Flexible, reliable and passionate about education
* Able to travel across Staffordshire and Cheshire
