The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will support the delivery of excellent care and learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework. You will help create engaging activities, encourage children’s development, and contribute to a positive environment where every child feels supported and valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver creative and age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development
* Encourage children’s social, emotional, and physical development
* Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating nursery environment

* Support daily routines and contribute to the smooth running of the nursery
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
* A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practice
* A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for helping children learn and thrive
