A fantastic opportunity has become available for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in Reading. This permanent position is ideal for a dedicated early years professional who is passionate about helping children learn, develop, and achieve their potential during the most important stages of their development.

The successful Level 3 Practitioner will become part of a nurturing team that provides a stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, build confidence, and develop key skills through engaging activities and meaningful interactions.

The Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children’s individual development, create engaging learning opportunities, and help maintain a positive environment where every child feels valued.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
* Support children’s learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
* Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
* Promote inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities throughout the nursery
* Support daily routines and contribute to the effective running of the setting

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

* A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years practice
* A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
