About the Role:
We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Aylesbury, seeking dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful experience working with children who have a range of additional needs, including:
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD
* Behavioural difficulties

What We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate (or final-year student) in Psychology, Criminology, or a similar discipline
* Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, but not essential
* Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and emotional resilience
* A genuine interest in education, mental health, or youth work
