Design Technology Teacher
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Design Technology Teacher. The successful candidate will:
* Teach Design Technology across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
* Deliver engaging, practical lessons that encourage creativity, problem-solving, and innovation.
* Support students in developing skills in either resistant materials, graphics, and product design (based on specialism).
* Use a variety of teaching methods and modern technology to enhance learning.
* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and creative projects.
Candidate Requirements
* A relevant degree in Design Technology or a related field.
* Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
* A passion for creativity and innovation in education.
