We are seeking a caring, adaptable and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming early years setting in Ellesmere Port on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build positive relationships and bring consistency, warmth and energy to the team.
About the Role
* Support high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework
* Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Work alongside teachers to support observations and child development
* Encourage early communication, social skills and independence
* Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Sound knowledge of child development and early years practice
* Understanding of safeguarding and Teacher Standards
* A calm, flexible and nurturing approach
* Someone who can confidently step in and make a positive impact from day one
