We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join an enthusiastic and supportive team in Witham to support the development of SEN learners as they move through the school.

You will be working closely with the Class Leaders and other Teaching Assistant's to ensure every student is given the best education possible!

The right candidate will be enthusiastic and willing to learn something new every day! Ideally with a background as a Teaching Assistant but this role is also open to graduates looking to begin work in the education sector.

The school are offering permanent contracts for the right candidates and there is a lot of progression within the organisation, so this a really good opportunity for any Teaching Assistants looking for a school they can really commit to!
