Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) + Fringe Allowance

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for an exciting Key Stage 2 opportunity within a supportive and forward-thinking primary school?

We are working with a highly regarded primary school in St Albans that is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring children to achieve their full potential.

The Role

As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:

* Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
* Plan, assess and monitor pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
* Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour and personal development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong subject knowledge.
* Is committed to raising standards and ensuring every child succeeds.
* Has strong communication and organisational skills.
* Works effectively as part of a team and is eager to contribute to school improvement.
* Brings enthusiasm, creativity and a positive attitude to teaching and learning.
