Are you an enthusiastic and committed teacher looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school? We are working with a well-regarded school in the Hatfield area seeking a passionate Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Location: Hertfordshire (Hatfield area)
Start Date: September (or earlier if available)
Salary: MPS (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers to become part of a welcoming school community that places a strong emphasis on collaboration, development, and pupil success.

The Role:

Full-time class teaching position within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
*

Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
*

Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress
*

Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
*

Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*

Be passionate about teaching and committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils
*

Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
*

Be a positive team player with excellent communication skills
*

Be eager to develop professionally and contribute to school improvement
