The role:
Academics Ltd is seeking dedicated, creative, and resilient PMLD Teachers to work within our partner specialist schools.
What you’ll do:

Design and deliver holistic, sensory-rich learning for pupils with complex medical, physical, and cognitive needs.

Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families.
*
Create a safe, predictable, yet stimulating environment where each child can thrive on their own terms.
We need you to have:

UK QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
*
Proven experience teaching pupils with PMLD (essential).
*
A working understanding of EHCPs, moving and handling, and communication aids (e.g., eye gaze, switches, AAC).
