* Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups of pupils to enhance learning, engagement and confidence
* Applying psychology knowledge to support students with ASD, ADHD, ADD, SEMH, SEN and other additional needs
* Supporting students in developing a positive attitude towards learning and the school environment
* Helping to create a safe, supportive and comfortable environment for all pupils
* Assisting with planning and delivering targeted interventions to improve understanding and progress

* A Psychology degree or other relevant educational background
