Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Opportunity
Location: Basingstoke
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
A well-established and welcoming nursery in Basingstoke is looking to appoint a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their supportive and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner seeking to develop their career within a thriving early years setting.
In this role, the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will help create a caring, stimulating, and engaging environment where children feel confident, supported, and inspired to learn every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative activities in line with the EYFS curriculum as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Support children’s emotional, social, and educational development
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring nursery environment
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A positive, caring, and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills expected of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
