Pay: From £14.24 per hour (with opportunities for higher rates depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Midday Supervisor in Doncaster, you will play a key role in ensuring pupils remain safe, happy, and engaged during lunchtime.
You will supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and around the school, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting a safe and inclusive environment.
This role is also a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience within schools, particularly if you are considering progressing into a Teaching Assistant role or a career in education.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise pupils during lunch in the dining hall and playground
• Encourage positive play, inclusion, and good behaviour
• Support younger children with meals and routines where required
• Manage minor incidents in line with school policies
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with children (school, childcare, or similar setting desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and reliable approach
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
