SEN Teaching Assistant – Faringdon
Pay: £89–£100 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only
A friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Faringdon is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team from January 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs feel confident, included, and engaged in their learning.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils with moderate additional needs across the classroom
• Assist with learning tasks, differentiation, and emotional regulation
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored support strategies
• Encourage positive engagement, independence, and resilience
• Help create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
