What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

A degree (2:2 or above) in any discipline—Psychology, English, History, and Sports Science graduates often thrive in this role.

Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner.
*

A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
*

A genuine interest in working with young people (no previous school experience required, but it helps!).
*

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
