Academics are delighted to be supporting a friendly, well-resourced independent primary school in Richmond in their search for a dedicated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about raising attainment and making a meaningful impact on pupils’ academic progress.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Leading small group interventions to strengthen understanding and build confidence
*

Delivering targeted Maths and English support sessions
*

Working collaboratively with teachers to plan, prepare and deliver effective learning support
*

Supporting assessment activities and contributing to the tracking of pupil progress

The school is looking for an HLTA who:

*

Has strong experience working in a primary school setting
*

Is confident leading academic interventions, particularly in Maths and English
*

Is proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
*

Holds HLTA status or has equivalent relevant experience
