Your Mission: Create Future Innovators
In this role, you will step into well-equipped labs and classrooms to:
🔬 Deliver Exciting Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging English curriculum content that caters to a range of learning abilities.
🤲 Support Every Student: Work closely with Teaching Assistants and SENCOs to adapt lessons, ensuring students with SEN or additional needs can access the curriculum and thrive.
🌟 Build Confidence: Encourage critical thinking and resilience, helping students transition smoothly into their GCSE years.
Who We Are Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is essential, with a passion for teaching English at KS3.
✅ Experience or a strong interest in working with students with SEN or diverse learning needs is highly desirable.
✅ A creative, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching.
✅ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) and commitment to safeguarding.
✅ Right to work in the UK and two positive references from recent teaching roles.
