Academics Ltd are seeking a passionate and qualified Psychology Teacher to join an excellent secondary school in Swindon, teaching at Key Stage 5.
Responsibilities as a Psychology Teacher (KS5)
* Plan and deliver high-quality A-Level Psychology lessons
* Create an engaging and academically challenging learning environment
* Prepare students thoroughly for A-Level examinations
* Assess student progress and provide constructive, targeted feedback
* Develop and adapt teaching resources in line with the A-Level specification
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to wider sixth form initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching A-Level Psychology (essential)
* Strong subject knowledge of the Psychology curriculum and exam requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to stretch and challenge high-achieving students
* A genuine passion for Psychology and post-16 education
