Secondary Teaching Assistant – Supply

Pay: £90–£100 per day

About the Role
Academics are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in secondary schools across Bradford.
This role involves supporting teachers in the classroom, assisting students with their learning, and helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Opportunities are available for both short-term and long-term placements.
Key Responsibilities

Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons
*
Assist students with learning activities and tasks
*
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
*
Support students with additional needs, where required
*
Prepare resources and classroom materials
*
Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
Requirements
*
Experience working in a school setting preferred
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to work with students across different age groups
*
Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
*
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
