A welcoming and supportive primary school in Didcot are seeking a Reception Teacher to join their team from after Easter 2026. This role offers the potential for a TLR with a specific focus on EYFS leadership, making it ideal for a passionate practitioner who is confident in both classroom teaching and Early Years development.
Within this role you will take full responsibility for a Reception class, planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. Alongside class teaching, you will support the development of EYFS practice across the setting, working closely with senior leaders and Early Years staff to raise standards, support staff development and ensure high-quality provision for all pupils.
