Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons for KS3 and KS4 students as a Secondary Maths Teacher.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment where students feel confident to learn.
* Assess progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in meeting their academic targets.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality teaching across the department.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A clean and up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Strong knowledge of the Secondary Maths curriculum.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A positive, supportive, and student-centred teaching style.
