Learning Support Assistant – Oxford

Pay Scale: £89–£100 per day
A warm and supportive primary school in Oxford is looking to welcome a new Learning Support Assistant to their established team. This role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN who require additional help to succeed in the classroom. You will also have opportunities to take learning beyond the traditional classroom setting and engage pupils through a variety of creative and practical activities.
In this role, you will:
• Join a collaborative, friendly team of Learning Support Assistants
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to ensure individual learning targets are met
• Become an active part of the wider school community
• Gain valuable experience in preparation for potential future teacher training
• Support a diverse range of pupils across EYFS–KS2
