As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support pupils with moderate additional needs across the classroom
• Assist with differentiated learning tasks and emotional regulation
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement effective support strategies
• Encourage independence, resilience, and positive engagement
• Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Experience working with children or in SEN is beneficial, but the school also welcomes applicants with empathy, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
