Unqualified Teacher – Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Dunstable

Salary: £22,601 – £35,259

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Dunstable, supporting a vibrant community of 175 young people aged 2–19 with severe and complex learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
* Support pupils with a range of severe and complex learning difficulties
* Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities
* Foster positive behaviour, independence, and confidence among pupils
* Implement personalised learning strategies and sensory-based approaches
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
