Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
* Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
* Assisting with planning, preparation, and assessment activities
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
* Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a focused, supportive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom organisation and resource preparation
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
* Contributing to the wider life of the school
Applicants must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a primary school setting is essential.
