Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities
* Manage the behaviour in the classroom ensuring a positive learning environment
* Supervise work set by the subject teacher
* Be a positive influence to the students
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working with children in some capacity
* Recent graduate aspiring to become a teacher
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to keep a level head and manage behaviour
