Academics are actively recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a wide range of primary schools in Berkhamsted. The Role:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Working in mainstream classroom settings
* Providing 1:1 support, including support for pupils with additional needs (SEN)
* Assisting the class teacher with learning activities, behaviour management and pupil engagement
* Adapting to different school environments on a daily or short-term basis
We’re Looking For:
* Teaching Assistants with previous school-based experience, or
* Individuals new to education who are enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A flexible and positive approach to supply work
