SEN Teaching Assistant – Barking and Dagenham

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Support Assistant to join our specialist provision in Barking and Dagenham, supporting learners aged 16 to 19 with complex needs. This Learning Support Assistant role is key in helping students access tailored education and training and achieve their full potential.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists in Barking and Dagenham to deliver personalised support, including personal care, which is essential for this role. You will help students engage with learning, develop independence, and participate fully in their education and training programmes.
