Academics, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a range of primary schools across Bradford

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Teaching Assistant who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the chance to gain experience in different school settings while making a positive impact on pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing.

Role Details – Level 3 Primary Teaching Assistant

Location: Bradford

Salary: £90-£105 per day

Contract Type: Long-term, short-term, and daily supply

Start Date: ASAP

The Role

* As a valued member of the classroom support team, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing effective classroom support under the direction of the class teacher
* Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
* Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
* Supporting lesson preparation and engaging learning activities
* Assisting pupils with additional needs to ensure an inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

About You

* To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) – essential
* Experience supporting primary-aged pupils in a school or childcare setting
* A good understanding of the primary curriculum and learning support strategies
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* A caring, positive, and proactive approach to supporting children’s success
