Teaching Assistant - Your Role in The Classroom:
* Support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils
* Implement agreed work programs with individuals and groups of children
* Promote a positive 'can do' classroom, encouraging independence, confidence, self belief and kindness
Role Requirements:
* A genuine interest in helping children engage, learn and achieve their full potential
* Adaptable, approachable and reliable
* A sense of humour - laughter makes any situation better!
* Previous UK experience of working (paid or voluntary) with children. We're happy to discuss your individual aspirations
* Completion of our free registration and safeguarding process, including ID, DBS and referencing checks
