Position: School Support Worker

Location: Ware

Pay: £460 – £500 per week

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Your Responsibilities

* Supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
* Collaborating with school clinical teams to deliver personalised support strategies.
* Assisting teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment.
