SEN Teaching Assistant- Banbury

Pay Scale: £89.00-£100.00 per day
A ‘good’ mainstream primary school in Banbury, Oxfordshire are looking for a team of SEN teaching assistants to help support their pupils with additional and complex needs. The school approaches SEN support within the classroom as a priority and are looking for candidates who are pro-active and engaging in their approach to support.
In this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will:
* Support children inside and outside of the classroom setting
* Support children by adapting teaching to suit individual needs
* Identify and act on areas of learning that need extra attention
* Be compassionate and pro- active towards SEN support
* Promote positive behaviour and behaviour management
