Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Art, Fine Art, Art & Design, Education, or a related field
* QTS
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Creative, adaptable and able to inspire students of all abilities
* Passion for fostering artistic expression
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Art lessons across KS3–KS4
* Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Support students in developing technical skills and creative thinking
* Assess student progress and provide meaningful, constructive feedback
* Contribute to the development of departmental resources and displays
