HLTA Requirements:
* Proven experience as a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
* Hold a Cache/NVQ Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or BA Hons Degree in Education Studies
* Confident delivering interventions and covering whole-class learning
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS Certificate (Academics can support with this)
