Academics is proud to be partnering with an outstanding Primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham to recruit a motivated and passionate Psychology graduate for a Graduate Teaching Assistant position. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in a career in teaching, educational psychology, mental health, or child development.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with class teachers to support daily lessons

Provide 1:1 and small-group support
*
Gain valuable experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), using your psychological insight to help children feel understood and supported

Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

This role is suited to 2025 or recent Psychology graduates. Experience working with children—whether through volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, or youth work—is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive, patient approach are essential.
