A brilliant specialist SEN school in Dover is looking to appoint a dedicated Specialist SEN Teacher to join their team, working with pupils with Autism (ASC) and ADHD who require structure, patience, and highly personalised learning.

About the role: Specialist SEN Teacher
* Deliver personalised, adaptive lessons to learners with ASC and ADHD
* Use consistent routines, visual supports, and tailored communication strategies
* Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team including SENCOs, therapists and pastoral staff
* Create a calm, structured and supportive space where pupils feel safe, understood and motivated
* Assess, track and celebrate pupil progress in both academic and social/emotional development
* Foster independence, emotional regulation and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Strong knowledge or experience of Autism, ADHD and neurodiverse learning needs
* Confidence in implementing adapted curriculums and behaviour-supportive strategies
* A nurturing, patient and resilient approach
** QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – Essential
** Excellent on-site training, support and CPD is provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
** £170 – £230 per day, Mon-Fri, 08:30 to 15:30, PAYE, Term time only
** You MUST have right to work in the UK in order to apply – no Visa sponsorship
** On site parking included
