Academics Educational Recruitment is currently seeking Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a number of vibrant and welcoming primary schools across Shipley. We are recruiting for a variety of roles to begin from January 2026, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting learning within a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
* A positive, flexible and proactive approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
