The Role – Learning Support Assistant

As an LSA working through Academics, you will:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
* Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
* Encourage and motivate pupils to build confidence and achieve their goals.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.

About You

To be considered for this Learning Support Assistant role, you should have:

* Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
* Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach to working within a school setting.
