Academics LTD is working closely with several fantastic secondary schools in and around Windsor who are looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their teams. If you’re proactive, supportive and eager to help students succeed, this role offers a brilliant chance to develop your skills and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Working alongside teachers to support students’ learning and development
* Assisting with classroom tasks and lesson preparation
* Encouraging students to stay engaged and focused during lessons
* Supporting effective classroom management
* Helping create a safe, productive and inclusive learning environment
Role Highlights
* Supporting students across KS3 & KS4
* £85–£100 per day
