EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant / Nursery Nurse – Westminster, London

Start Date: November 2025
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (8:30am – 3:30pm)
Pay: £95–£105 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Length: 1 year (with opportunity to extend or become permanent)

About the Role

Academics are working closely with a fantastic Primary School in Westminster who are seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Nursery team, supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs.

In this role, you will:

*

Work 1:1 or in small groups with children identified as having Special Educational Needs, including speech and language delays, autism spectrum condition (ASC), and social, emotional or communication difficulties.
*

Implement individual learning plans (ILPs) and work closely with the SENDCo, class teacher, and external specialists (e.g. speech and language therapists or educational psychologists).
*

Adapt learning materials and activities to make lessons accessible and engaging for all pupils.
*

Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in every child you support.

This position will see you become an integral part of a warm, supportive EYFS team who share a commitment to inclusive education and child-centred practice.
