Are you a caring and supportive Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping children with special educational needs?
A welcoming and vibrant primary school in Banbury is looking for a friendly 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with a child on a one-to-one basis, offering personalised support both in and out of the classroom to help them feel confident, happy, and ready to learn.
You’ll also work alongside the SENCO and Class Teacher to ensure the child’s EHCP is followed smoothly and that they continue to make positive, steady progress.
