Pay: £88.94 – £95 per day (paid via PAYE – no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant in Doncaster, you will provide essential support to teachers and pupils within the classroom. You’ll help deliver engaging learning activities, support pupils with additional needs, and encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, including those with SEN.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities.
* Promote pupil engagement, participation, and confidence in the classroom.
* Support behaviour management and positive learning routines.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to meet pupil needs.
Candidate Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role (desirable).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with children.
✔ A genuine passion for supporting learning and development.
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
✔ Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning are advantageous.
