Graduate Teaching Assistant – The Role
Work alongside experienced teachers to support learning across Key Stages 3–5
Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions
Help plan and prepare engaging classroom activities
Support students with varying abilities and needs
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Graduate Teaching Assistant – The Person
A graduate with a strong academic background (any subject welcome)
Passionate about education and helping young people reach their potential
Previous experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
Excellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills
A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
